Monroe Man Charged By Evansville PoliceA 25-year-old Monroe man found wandering through an Evansville home Saturday night following a traffic mishap was scheduled to face charges in Janesville Justice Court this afternoon, Police ChiefGeorge Walk, Evansville, reports.Chief Walk said Stanley Howe was taken to police headquarters following an accident but disappeared. He said the man was discovered in the Michael Finnane home bv Mrs. Finnane, who sum-moned police from the city hallacross the street.Howe apparently ran his car oft Highway 59 south of Evansville and was to face charges of driving without a license, Walk said Howe told Walk he had wandered into the Finnane home because he was dazed bv the accident.
