Charles Harvey was taken from thejail at Petersburg, Tad., by a large but orderlymob of citizens and hanged in sight of theJail. He was charged with th*e murder ofHenry Custin. Jr., and was also suspected of being responsible lor the incendiary fires which nearly destroyed the town.
