A. and A. C. Schreiner, as the bonus to obtain the hotel.The proposition is backed by R L. Burney of San Antonio, who will post a $10,000 forfeit as a guarantee to build a 100-room, four-story, modern fireproof hotel, modeled after the Robert E.
