Driver, negroes, charged with the killing of Jim Gallego and Abelino Ogas on November 3. last year. While Pettus is alleged to have fired the fatal shots. Driver Is being held as an accomplice, with two Indictments against each defendant having been filed by the grand jury. The trial of the two negroes will probably come up at this term of court, it was stated at the courthouse yesterday.The grand Jury has been grinding steadily all the week with Oscar Roberts as foreman. There is said to be quite a bit of work yet for the body to do and it will probably be in session until nextweek.Petit jurors have been summoned to appear next Monday morning.
