¥Lawyer In House Of David Suit to Serve Jail TermST. JOSEPH, Mich., Feb. 9.—Attorney Walter M. Nelson, sentenced to thirty days .in jail by Judge Harry B. Dingman for contempt of. court during the “one grand jury” investigation of alleged immorality at the House of David colony here, appeared at the Berrien county jail here tonight to serve his sentence.Nelson was relsased while his case wi« appealed to the Michigan supreme court.
