Georg* Padgett, ot 342 Commerce street, was fined 315 and costs in police court yesterday oq charges of being drunk and disorderly and resisting an officer. Director of Public Safety .Morton went to the Padgett borne Friday, after receiving a call, and found Padgett, it was said, under the Influence of liquor.
