He pointed out that the r | trial is scheduled to start at 9 i ] a. am. on August 23.' j Prosecutor William G. Wickens j said that, although trial on all . i four indictments is scheduled for *! the same day, he expects to present ; j first an indictment charging burg** lary of the City Loan Company and of the Eleanor Hosiery Company, both in Lorain.Hobar and Bartos pleaded innocent to the four indictments when they were arraigned before Judge ‘ j Findley on Thursday of last week. They had been arrested by Cleveland police a week earlier and were turned over to Lorain police. who brought them to the county jail here for trial on indictments returned last November.
