—Man arrested Robert L. Harding, 28, of 255 Smithfield St, was arrested at 2 50 a m today on drunken driving charges. Police said officers on patrol spotted a car driving slowly, eastbound on Ellis Street, with the driver shining a flashlight at the houses Officers stopped the car on Kurtz Street and when they asked the driver for identification, they noticed a strong odor of alcohol coming from the car. He was then arrested and taken to the station where he refused to take a breathalyzer test He was released on nominal bond for a later hearing following arraignment before District Justice of the Peace Betty Lou Kradel.
