Scrap of Papel teaches Belgian neutrality reminder in BC schools

British Columbia school children will display a facsimile of signatures from the 1831 treaty guaranteeing Belgium's independence and neutrality, confirmed by six powers in 1839. The posters, supplied by the Department of Education, aim to remind pupils of Kaiser Bill's perfidy and its link to the current war with Great Britain.
