James Bates plans a new twelve thousand dollar hotel at Bull River to begin as spring opens. Architect F S Rosseter prepared plans for an 80 by 75 foot two story building with a future third story, full basement and concrete foundation. The ground floor will house offices dining room bar room kitchen billiard room and lavatories. The second floor will offer eleven bedrooms a parlor linen closets toilet and bath with steam heat running water and electric light. Completion is slated for early spring after preliminary arrangements and contract letting.
