Commercial Hotel Lease Passes to Wellman and Murel in Cranbrook

J B and G Joyce sell their leasehold on Cranbrook’s Commercial Hotel to Tom Wellman and Julius Murel who take possession. The Herald notes the Joyce brothers depart but welcome Wellman and Hazel back to Cranbrook. The hotel will be renovated and renamed to a Commercial to Man itoba. M Wentworth returns as editor and Matt Rockendorf will oversee the paper during Mr Simpson’s absence.
