A 67 year old man from Rugtsh Bicknor died after entering a turnip field to drive a bull back to its pasture. The bull charged and trampled him. a companion aided, the bull resisted and the coroner ordered no immediate destruction. An inquest reported the fatal incident at Cheltenham Journal.
