Victualling Office invites tenders for heavy cargo rods and goldstone
The Victualling Commissioners announce on October 17 1814 that tenders in writing will be received on Friday the 28th for the supply of one hundred thousand goldstone or brown willow rods not less than forty eight inches long to samples. Deliveries begin in November to be completed by April next with payment by bills after ninety days. Conditions may be seen at the Secretary's Office.
