Notice announces a public sale at the Tower on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th October 1837 at eleven o clock. Items include old stores accoutrements militia clothing great coats boots bedding tents iron, pots, tools, engines, leather hose drums fifes and more. Viewing at the Tower one week prior, catalogue and conditions available from the Principal Storekeeper's Office. Also advertisements for life insurance, prize cups, wines, carpets, books, dental services, and auction notices for various estates and stock.
