Irish Spirits Distillation Bill and others read a second time

The Irish Spirits Distillation, and Siigh Pesce Preservation Amendin, at Bill, were read a second time. Several bills including The Neutral Ships, Foreign Ships, East India Bonds, Promissory Notes, and Irish Glass Duty were committed and reported. Amity Bill debated as Hackney coachmen tickets urged

Lord Walsingham’s Amity Bill faced a second reading with opposition from Mr. Lushington who argued the bill repeals a ticket delivery clause without replacement. He praised the existing act for civilizing coachmen, suggested internal numbering and fare placement, and urged a committee review. the bill was ordered to be committed February 10.
