London and Brighton Railway Instalment Notice

Directors of the London and Brighton Railway Company call ten pounds per share for payment by December 17 next. Payments to be made at named banks including Liverpoo l, Glasgow Union Bank, and Provincial Bank of Ireland, with messrs Smith Payne and Co and others handling the collections.

New Zealand ship hire tenders sought at London

The New Zealand Company Court in Broad Street invites tenders on Thursday the 12th at two o clock for the hire of two ships each about 500 tons old register to convey passengers from London to Port Nicholson New Zealand sailing January and February next. Tenders must follow a standard form available at the Company House. directors reserve right to reject the lowest offer. Also notices record various bankruptcies recusations and military officer appointments from the period with court dates and locations across London and Somerset.

Official renuniation of the expedition against Chiva

From St Petersburg dated 24th alt General Perofsky announces the re establishment of Russo Chinese relations. The November 14 declaration cited aims to compel Chivians to free Russian captives and curb frontier depredations. China’s Khanat released prisoners and agreed to reparations and restored commerce, with ambassadors and merchants to be treated.
