M Bela Croix Brains the Dean of the Parisian Barristers publishes a fact against the legality of a Court Martial upon Ney. Several attempts have been made to rescue the imprisoned Marshal from the Conciergerie. Three or four individuals appeared as Gendarmes to transfer him to the War Office but were detected. One assailant wounded himself and died before the Prefect.
