Court at Carlton House appoints local officials in 1820

In May 1820 the Crown appoints George Earl of Egremont as Lord Lieutenant of Sussex and Sir Charles Warwick Bampfylde as Sheriff of Somerset. The Gazette also lists bankruptcies and dividend notices with numerous named merchants and tradesmen across London and provinces, including Welsford, Mareet, Gill, Edwards, Trodgett, and Hargreaves, with associated solicitors and venues.
