Treaty of Amity and Commerce with United Provinces

The Treaty of Amity, Commerce and Navigation between Britain and the United Provinces of Rio de la Plata was signed at Buenos Aires on February 2, 1825. Plenipotentiaries Woodbine Parish and Manuel Garcia ratified articles on perpetual amity free commerce equal duties and protections, consular rights, religious liberty, trade protections, and abolition of the slave trade, with ratifications to be exchanged in London within four months.
