Public notices announce proposals for petty emptionary articles for the army and for extensive supplies to Cantocments Quarters and Barracks across many counties. Tender windows close May 6 for some and May 21 for others, with conditions on bonding, formats, and delivery beginning May 25.
A list of bankruptcy notices across English towns including Clerkenwell Liverpool Nantwich Manchester and London with multiple May and June dates. Entries name the debtor trades such as linen and woollen-draper machine-maker corn-factor and store-misen and reference associated attorneys and locations like Guildhall Cheapside Lincoln's Inn and Cavendish-square.
In East India House on May 5 a long speech by Mr. Rosasé Jackson reviewed government and Company negotiations over renewing the Charter.
