Notice of transfer books closure and dividend Warrants
The Court of Directors of the East India Company announce the transfer books for the company's stock will close on Tuesday June 6 at three o'clock and reopen Thursday July 20 1937. Dividend warrants payable July 6 1837 will be ready for delivery on that day. Additional items list clothing maintenance and apprentice fees for ships and officers, with sums noted.
