Mandamus to the Bank of England over profit division
The Court of King's Bench considers a rule to compel the Governor and Directors of the Bank of England to divide among all members of the corporation profits earned before March 19. The Bank may be unable to prepare an answer by the next term. The motion is enlarged to May 6 with affidavits to be filed a week prior.
