Meeting in Dublin to remunerate Mr. O Connell
A preparatory Dublin meeting discussed giving a lasting tribute to Mr. O Connell for his public service. Many support the gesture though many Irelanders also want to thank Ir. Lawless for steadfast principle in defense of national rights. A faction backs Mr. O Connell strongly. There are reports of efforts to curb a large Hyde Park gathering.
