Ramsgate and Havre de Grace steam packets and schedules

Shipping notices detail Ramsgate twice daily from St Katharine's Wharf starting Tuesday July with morning sailings at 9 30 and 11 each day including Sundays, plus Margate daily sailings. After July Ramsgate noon service to be discontinued. Also CAMILLA Havre de Grace service from Southampton launching July 31 and ARIADNE weekly to Guernsey Jersey St Malo after August 1 with return to Southampton Saturdays. War office list dated July 7 1852 records numerous promotions and purchases across the Dragoon Guards Foot Guards and Dragoons including Lieutenants Captains Majors and Cornets with retirements exchanges and brevet appointments. The Garrisons section names a lieutenant colonel and a rector appointments noted from Cambridge Chronicle.
