Bills Read in Commons and Lords on Irish and Penal Law Measures

The House of Lords and Commons discussed multiple bills including the Irish Chancery Officers' Compensation Bill the Royal family Allywince Bill and the Donaghadee and Portpatrick Postage Bills all read a first time.
