Contracts for Coals for Royal Marine Barracks

The Commissioners for Executing the Office of Lord High Admiral invite contractors to bid for supplying coal to the Royal Marine Barracks at Deptford Woolwich Portsmouth Plymouth and in prescribes coal types and delivery windows from April to March 1839. Eligible bidders must attend a March 1 session at One O’clock to discuss terms.

Palmer versus Bravan court ruling on railway engineer labor
