At Ironmongers Hall on December 21 1819 the Wardmote praised John Thomas Thorp for his urbane conduct and faithful parliamentary service and thanked Sir William Leighton for his attentive ward leadership. The governance note ordered publication in two morning and two evening papers. Ward Clerk John Sudlow signed.
