Law Report Dissolves Injunction in Italian Opera House Case

In Winchester v Lawfs an application to dissolve an injunction restraining ejectment was heard. The dispute over renewal costs of the untler lease of the theatre was referred to a Master who deemed 8,000 a fair share. The assignees of Chambers consented to pay enough out of court to renew the lease.
