The article argues a faction seeks foreign war to distract from domestic issues and critiques French policy while defending non-intervention. It condemns city MPs for pressuring the Commons, calls for expulsion of corroding members, and defends Reform Bill supporters as elected by an independent public. It notes attacks on ministers and debates over ballot, universal suffrage, and party alignments.
