Havana reports rising raw sugar arrivals as dry weather persists. Current stock in Havana and Matanzas totals about 36 000 boxes with 4500 old boxes remaining. White sugars quote 83 to 85 rs, yellow 7 to 8 rs, brown 53 to 64 rs. crop quality good though output likely far below last year. Coffee shows fair demand but scarce in market with middling to good prices. London exchange at 4 4 to 15 per cent.
