St Petersburg notes slow commercial relations with no major contracts. Odessa reports record yearly trade with wheat stocks and rising exports and imports, while last year’s wheat stock and future harvest expectations are uncertain. Amsterdam wires Batavia confirms bumper coffee yields, with indigo and tin plentiful yet sugar quality weak.
