Inflammable Liquid Fine At Moonee Street Premises
Aubrey Q Hara of Coils Harbour was fined £2 plus 12 court costs for keeping more than 16 gallons of inflammable liquid on his premises. Inspector McKinnon found four 44 gallon drums of motor spirit in a shed near the property. Mr Neville Green said the defendant uses motor spirit in business and had only recently obtained the quantity, claiming ignorance of the act but remedied the fault after the visit.
