Several fine snapper have been caught, totaling an aggregate of shillings, as the holidays approach. The Pidcock Cup team is yet to be secured. During a severe electrical storm on the Bellinger lot Tuesday Mr Jack Hindmarsh was knocked over in the dairy at Mrs H M Windmarsh’s firm Gordonville but recovered soon after. Lightning welded two cream cans together and scorched the iron roof. Several electric motors at different plants were knocked out. Stroud Shire Council has spent about £21000 on electricity extensions in three years and will reach £24304 after new rural expansions.

The Prime Minister announces Australia will join the Empire Air Scheme involving 24 new aviation schools and training for about 26,000 men and 15,000 observers and wireless crews.
