The Shire of Tungamah council issues an Interim Development Order under the Town and Country Planning Act 1944. It bans development on scheduled land, allows permit applications with conditions, requires removal of noncompliant structures, and sustains existing use until the planning scheme approval or order revocation. The order defines the land schedule and is dated August 5 1946 with approval noted August 14 1946 and September 3 1946.
