Fragmented Soviet Era Local Notice Names Officials and Roles
An obscure OCR fragment lists various local posts and names in a colonial style roster. It mentions secretaries, presidents, regional councils, and committees with unclear affiliations and duties. The text is garbled but indicates a formal organizational structure and election or appointment references.
Missing or garbled text on measurement and volume
Reading shows a garbled technical note about stacking measure and perpendicular ends, multiplying rag by average value, and calculating cubic contents. The fragmentary content references weight, height, and volume but lacks clear subjects, dates, places, or named entities.
