Obituary: Mrs McNabb of Cobram District
Mrs McNabb Hamilton died in Cobram district after a long illness. Born around 1835, she taught at a local school before marriage to Guare McNabb. She leaves husband, son George in Mentone, daughters Mrs W Movneliay Tribel Queensland, Lily and Nellie Shepparton. Body brought to Cochran for service at Scots Church and interment Cobram East. Rev G Paul conducted graveside service. Mr J T McFarlane made funeral arrangements.

Armistice Day Observance At Cobram Park
A Cobram Park gathering last Friday honored Armistice Day with smaller turnout than before. School children led a strong showing of about 50 women and men, the opening hymn O God our help in ages past, the two minutes silence, a thoughtful address by Rev AC Edwards, and the Recessional and National Anthem closing the proceedings.
