A WWI veteran, he began practice at Tocumwal around 1923 after retiring from Tocumwal in Tocumwal. He is survived by Mrs deLacy, four daughters and an son.
Postwar plans authorize allowances and three types of training to re establish servicemen life. Full time university, time technical, and part time courses begin with the new term. Financial support includes weekly living allowances and tuition fees paid. Eligibility targets men unable to retire pre war occupations, with needs for refresher studies or resumption of skills, plus those with high ability or self employment disrupted by war.
