The secretary announces the Bomanoo Mana Bush Fire Brigade now has nine tanks placed at strategic points across the district. Unseasonably cold weather marked November, more like August, and officials remind residents to notify the brigade before lighting grass fires to prevent false alarms from December 1 to March 1.
