Norm Jordan Elected Councillor in Cobram Election
In a close race at Cobram Mechanics Hall Dr Norm Jordan was elected councillor with a record tally. Returning officer Ralph Webb announced the result and Dr M A Stokes declared the poll. Jordan thanked supporters and the Chamber of Commerce while O Dwyer congratulated him and echoed promises to deliver on campaign pledges.
