The marriage of Gwenda Ed wards Cobram second daughter of Mr and Mrs L F Ed wards and Frank C Muller Ex RAAF son of Mr and Mrs C A Muller Berri SA will take place at Scots Church Cobram on Tuesday April 30 at 12 30 p m. Also memorial notices for Robert Carrick dated April 17 1945 and messages from Alice Kath and other family members expressing remembrance and affection.

Citrus 6500 acres, wine grapes 4800, dried vine fruits 6000 grant the bulk of the total. Obituary notes the sudden death of Joseph Joe Quinlivan aged about 70 at Monrscona Rac Hospital of Saturn on April 18. Born 1876, he was educated at St Patrick's Ballarat and a long practiced local. Quinlivan traveled widely in Australia and abroad including New Argentina and South Africa before settling in Mulwala.

The 1st Cobram Yarrawonga and Numurkah Troops camped at the Dead River near Cobram for Easter. Good Friday and Saturday featured camp setup and inter troop competitions with a camp fire concert. Sunday included church attendance and a large local inspection, then more contests and another concert.
Free courses in milk and cream vesting and buttermaking will be held at the School of Dairy Technology Werribee from May 28 to June 7 July 2 to July 12 and July 30 to August 9 1946. Sessions limited to 20 seats. Examinations for certificates will be held in Melbourne by the Dairy Produce Board after completion. Applications available from the Dairy office.
