Anzac Day observed with a 11 am service at Cobram Medians’ Institute led by Revs W H Patterson Walchem and Rev C Gribble delivering address. A combined choir, an anthem, and a Gribble solo accompany the tolling fire bell and expected muster of returned soldiers. Local post office hours noted for sales and mail delivery windows.
Notices report a bankruptcy auction of boots and shoes by an official receiver for Mr C. C. Hodkinson. They chose league umpires from 17 May with matches set Strathmron v Nathalia Muckatah v Shepparton Imperials Tocumwal v Wanggou Numurkah v Cobram and appointed an independent tribunal.

L A O'Connor led early at 300 and 500 yards, Redpath fell back, Currie secured victory with a bullseye finish, and Jas Milla also rose strong. Councillor Jones presented the Cup.
The chief inspector of fisheries and game Mr Lewis says licences will be granted without discrimination or preference. A £2 fee plus police sign is required, allowing holders to operate anywhere in Victoria. By last Saturday £1000 in fees had been collected.
The Berrigan Shire Council discussed water supply and rate schemes for Cobram and Barooga towns. Officials reported on capital debentures, the water fund, and sanitary conditions while addressing health department recommendations and inspector authority.
