Centenary Jubilee Train Brings Anzac Day Events

The Anzac Centenary Jubilee Train will open to the public at 2 pm on Anzac Day after ex servicemen join the march at Cobra. Yarrawonga Shire seeks engineer amid housing shortage

Yarrawonga Shire Council still without an engineer as it cannot offer housing. The post was re advertised at £1007 a year plus traveling expenses with private practice inside the shire. Victorian electoral poll preparations for Federal election

More than 800 people have been engaged by Victorian electoral authorities for the Federal election on Saturday April 28. Most polling places will be the same as in 194, though some booking difficulties are expected. First results will be posted at the Melbourne central posting room within half an hour after polls close and updated overnight. The Chief Electoral Officer warns that those unable to attend a booth should apply for a postal vote if they will be outside the state or territory, live more than five miles from a polling place, or are unable to attend due to illness.
