OATR Mount Isa Centre May 1936 Monthly Meeting Minutes
The regular monthly OATR committee meeting at Mount Isa Centre was held May 17 1936 in the Ambulance meeting room. Present were L A Kerr chairman KW Kennedy RB Love B R Clarke T Hayes AL Richardson and secretary E A Jones with apologies for McCoy and McCullagh. Minutes of prior meeting read and confirmed. Inward correspondence read outward adopted. Financials show April receipts £140 3 7 expenditure £58 7 4 and a balanced cash statement. Government subsidy £75 7 5 and total credit balance approved. Auditor found books balances and records well kept. Superintendent's report covers cases mileage and transport for April 40th. Meeting adjourned after no further business.
