Court adjourns after crowded session in Clonelity
The circuit court opened with a full docket in Clonelity as jurors witnesses and officials gathered for both criminal and civil cases. Daniel Breen of Burke town post office faced charges under the Commonwealth Crimes Act with a 1300 property claim and was sentenced to eighteen months with hard labor.
