The Inland Mission in Cloncurry lists Holy Communion at 7:30 a.m. and Evensong at 8 p.m. with Minister J Lang. Julia Creek holds services on the 2nd Sunday and 4th Tuesday at 6 p.m. Sunday School starts at 10 a.m. Rev C F Williams leads the ministry with 8 p.m. services.

The Advocate reports Hon Harry Bruce Minister for Works and Education spent three days in Cloncurry and Mount Isa. Milligean returned to Dajarra on Tuesday.
The four year old daughter of Mr and Mrs P Burke Dobbyn died last night after being brought from Dobbyn on Monday with pneumonia cited as the cause of death.
