Minutes of Council Meeting Readers at November 10th Session
The minutes of the previous general meeting were read and confirmed. Reports from the Finance Committee Works and Health Inspector were received. Posts included correspondence from Health and Home Affairs, Irrigation and Main Roads on hospital boards, water supply, and road projects. Council approved leave of absence for Dr Hicks and discussed vehicle sales, town planning, and building by laws. Final notes praised staff, approved donations, and adjourned after a formal vote of thanks.
