Real time radar signs help curb speeding in Shuni ah
Police cannot monitor rural roads constantly so Shuni ah uses portable radar signs showing real time speeds. After more than a decade, the device helped reduce speeding on local routes. Chief administrator Paul Greenwood says the sign moves to needed locations and is funded by the community. Ministry says provincial approval is not required for municipal roads.
