Pie-ology celebrates National Pi Day with local hand pies
Malcolm and Amanda Hope, new owners since 2018, run Pie-ology in Thunder Bay with a storefront on May Street. They source ingredients from more than a dozen local suppliers and tailor pies to seasonal availability, including a tomato basil hand pie using DeBruin’s tomatoes.
