Clouthier joins Thunderwolves after hometown signing
Lakehead University picks Sara Clouthier, Hammarskjold High School star and Lakehead native, to join the Thunderwolves. The five foot ten guard helped Hammarskjold go 21 0 in conference and win the OFSAA AA title while the Vikings dominated Thunder Bay. Clouthier, whose family has long ties to Thunder Bay sports, will wear No 24 and join Hugo Boisvert’s program after a photo opportunity and Monday announcement at Hammarskjold High School. Her move follows the Thunderwolves’ recent local recruiting, and coaches express optimism about continuity and development as Lakehead aims to rebound from a 6 16 season.
