Carney signs defence deal with Europe

Youth found guilty of first degree murder in Ivall case

A 14-year-old youth, unnamed due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is found guilty of first degree murder in the 2020 death of 14-year-old Kay liegh Ivall. The trial record notes extensive sharp force injuries and a knife assault, with co-defendant Jarett Sainnawap later pleading to a lesser charge and receiving three years. A sentencing date for the youth will be set later this year.

Fox brothers trek honors Terry Fox endurance milestone
